- Meks Ramprakash Added June 12, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went today to taste their wine and have something to eat as we were extremely hungry. The lady who welcomed us said that the restaurant is fully booked out and they will not be able to serve us lunch. We thought that was fair enough. But when we were doing the wine tasting, few other people who came after us were offered a seat outside and a menu card to choose from.
This is extremely upsetting and hurtful behaviour. Utterly unprofessional! If the staff who served us is not in a managerial position, then I would like to bring this discriminatory behaviour to the notice of the management. If the person who served us was the owner or the manager, I would like to say that this kind of discriminatory behaviour is in really poor taste!
Last time, My daughter and I had a lovely experience here so I brought along a guest who had come down from Singapore. My guest felt quite insulted as well. Staff and service was outstanding. All in a modern rustic setting with views of the vines.
